Great coffee, staff always happy, the place its self was spotless. The tables had all been separated in a safe manner and plenty of hand sanitiser which is great, makes you feel safe to have a cuppa.

Despite countless other cafes on the parade, this is about the only one we go to . Staff are always so friendly, fast service with a smile. Clean and friendly with great coffee, sandwiches and cake. Couldn't ask for anymore from a cafe .

It was a pleasure to visit this Costa, all covid protections are very much up to standard and it was spotless, the staff wear masks and are very polite and were also continously disinfecting/cleaning tables and surfaces which made the visit alot more comfortable. Its nice to be able to go out and enjoy a coffee in a public place and feel safe.
I visit this particular Costa coffee shop which is located inside the royal priors shopping centre on the lower mall almost every Saturday morning as I meet up with my lovely nan who I love to the moon and back and luv meeting with my nan and enjoying some lovely coffee and happy hours and chatting with each other and having a laugh and hugs with each other and I have to also add the staff are wonderful to there all really lovely and helpful and polite and they always make us feel welcome and at home when we visit them cheers Trudi x
